Application and characteristics:
Installed on water supply pipes for replacing electric gate valve and electric butterfly valve. No electric device equipped for energy saving and convenience maintenance. And it can be also remotely controlled for realize interconnected control of pump valve.
Structure and working principle:
It consists of main valve and outer control components. Main valve is made up of valve body, valve board, valve cap, valve bench and piston, outer control components are composed with regulation valve, filter, solenoid valve and connecting pipe. External signal can control opening of solenoid valve, then compressed water in control room will flow out for opening main valve; if solenoid valve is closed by external signal, then pressure medium will flow into control chamber through regulation valve and filter for closing main valve with piston moving downwards. |
